Tania is an independent commercial and infrastructure consultant with extensive experience supporting the development and delivery of major infrastructure and government projects. She has worked closely alongside the SmedTech team since 2020, providing commercial, strategic, and project advisory support across complex delivery environments.

‍Tania is known for her responsive and collaborative approach, together with strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. She combines deep commercial and project experience with a practical understanding of infrastructure delivery to provide outcomes-focused support across a broad range of projects and stakeholders.

‍Recently, Tania has supported the SmedTech team on a range of projects such as the River Torrens to Darlington tunnel project in Adelaide, the Logan Motorway upgrade in Brisbane, a range of Energy Transmission projects in Victoria, and the revised ITC Program Delivery Approach projects in Victoria comprising over 40 road widenings and upgrades.

‍Drawing on a strong background in commercial and infrastructure law across both private practice and the public sector, Tania brings a deep understanding of procurement, contract development, risk allocation, governance frameworks, commercial assurance, and project delivery. While she does not provide legal advice in her consulting role, she applies her legal and commercial experience to support practical decision-making, project outcomes, and stakeholder engagement across complex project environments.
