Lisa is a resilient, collaborative, and detail-oriented project leader with 25 years of experience across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects. As the SmedTech lead for Project Development and Procurement and a member of the leadership team, she ensures that her broad capability and proven expertise — from project development, procurement, and approvals through to delivery, operations, and maintenance — is shared and applied across SmedTech.

She has a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects, supported by extensive experience in project controls, governance, and stakeholder management in challenging environments. Lisa's deep understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects, combined with her delivery and operations experience, has enabled the successful realisation of project outcomes and the seamless integration of new assets into existing networks. She is also highly regarded for her ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, strategic documentation, making her a trusted leader in infrastructure transactions.

Lisa has held key roles delivering market-led proposals for complex transport infrastructure, along with development, delivery, contract management, risk management, and compliance across a range of state-significant projects. Her experience in local government, including as an asset engineer, further strengthens her ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both government and private sector stakeholders.

Since joining SmedTech, Lisa has worked closely with government departments and agencies, playing key roles in developing Project Scope and Requirements documents for North East Link – Eastern Freeway (east and west) Alliances as well as a range of road projects in New South Wales. She has also provided strategic leadership and advice to support the Victorian State Tolling Corporation in achieving operational readiness ahead of the completion of the North East Link.

Prior to joining SmedTech, Lisa worked for government departments and agencies in development and delivery roles on major projects including the Tullamarine Freeway Widening, West Gate Tunnel, M1 Extension to Raymond Terrace, Heatherbrae Bypass, and the Victorian Floodplain Restoration Project.
