Kevin is a Senior Advisor with five years of experience in traffic and toll revenue forecasting. He specialises in traffic and transport data analysis and the development of fit-for-purpose models that support robust traffic and revenue advice, particularly in relation to decision-making for major toll road assets.

In his previous role at Transurban, Kevin developed and maintained traffic forecasting models for the Australian portfolio and was responsible for delivering short-term forecasts for New South Wales and Queensland. Throughout his time, he was involved in forecasting for a dozen motorways across the eastern seaboard and provided traffic analysis for key assets such as CityLink and WestConnex. These forecasts were key to supporting financial reporting cycles and weighed in on the long-term strategic direction of the company.

He currently supports SmedTech's Commercial and Infrastructure Pricing team in providing strategic tolling and technical advice to the Victorian State Tolling Corporation to support the development of the North East Link Tolling Agreement.
