Dominic is a Senior Advisor at SmedTech with over six years of experience supporting the development, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects. He brings a strong skill set across all stages of the project lifecycle, with particular strengths in the preparation of technical and contractual documentation and the establishment of frameworks and processes that support successful project outcomes.

Prior to joining SmedTech, Dominic worked at Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV), where he was actively involved in both the development and delivery phases of major infrastructure projects. His delivery experience included roles on the M80 Freeway Upgrade (Sydney Road to Edgars Road) and Sunbury Road Upgrade, where he contributed to construction management, traffic planning, and stakeholder coordination. During the development phase, he was involved in the preparation of successful business cases for projects including the Western Freeway Upgrade (Caroline Springs to Melton), Mickleham Road Upgrade Stage 1, and Ballan Road Upgrade.

Since joining SmedTech, Dominic has further expanded his experience across complex infrastructure projects in Victoria and Queensland, more recently on the Logan Motorway Upgrade Project in Brisbane. He has supported the development of critical contractual and technical documentation for procurement processes, contributed to independent technical tender evaluations, assessed complex delivery approaches, and assisted clients in planning for operational readiness.
