Shaun joined fellow transport infrastructure leaders Michael Kalinowski from CPB Contractors and Jim Waller from the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, in a discussion moderated by Transport Australia Board member Alison Close of Clayton Utz.
The panel reflected on a decade of significant infrastructure investment and the lasting legacy these major projects will leave on Australia’s transport networks. The discussion also explored the personal and industry legacy of this period—the lessons learned, successes achieved and experience gained, as well as the personal challenges and pressures that come with delivering major infrastructure. The panellists shared their perspectives on navigating these pressures, the lessons they have carried forward and how these experiences have shaped their approach to leadership and project delivery.
